- 9 eggs, separated
- 2 cups sugar added to yolks
- 1 pint rye whiskey
- 1/2 pint dark rum
- 1/2 pint brandy
- 2 quarts half and half
- pint whipped cream
- 4 oz. Kahlua
- carefully add beaten egg whites
Best to freeze. Refridgerate for at least one week.
This year’s vintage was ready yesterday, and tasted accordingly.
